PubsHub seeks a Client Relationship Manager to join our team! The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction for all PubsHub-branded products. Charged with ensuring continual acquisition of new clients for the PubsHub product suite, the successful candidate will be a unique blend of “hunter” and “farmer.”

Our ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience selling and servicing web-based products, with an in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. As someone always working ahead of his or her revenue goals, our Client Relationship Manager will always have a plan for reaching beyond what is expected, exceeding all expectations.

Specific responsibilities include:

·         Primary responsibility for initiating and closing sales of PubsHub products to clients and potential clients.

·         Creation and growth of an active pipeline of potential client contacts.

·         Keep current clients engaged in and excited about developments and changes to PubsHub products.

·         Monitor current client satisfaction, working with the PubsHub team to resolve issues quickly and to our clients’ satisfaction.

Specific requirements for our ideal candidate include:

·         5- to 7-years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing in a biopharmaceutical, medical device, medical communication agency setting.

·         Passion for selling and business development.

·         Ability to meet or exceed all revenue goals every time.

·         Desire to work with a devoted team to deliver top-drawer quality products to clients.

·         Superior understanding of the Internet, Web 2.0 concepts, social media utilities, and all normal productivity and CRM software.

·         Strong sense of humor.
